You can customize your text e-mail message with whatever you like, and then include the link to your ecard within your email.

A:
Yes, this requires additional programming to set up the e-card to accommodate a personal message. To see how this works, click here and send an e-card to yourself. Your company’s form will be customized to your selected ecard, and can be set up to send to multiple recipients at once.

We can check the stats and inform you on how many times the url of your ecard has been accessed.

A:
Yes, you can send us your clean email address database and we can send your e-card. Minimum charges and set-up fees apply, along with a cost per e-card sent.

No, it is not technically possible for this type of electronic file to open and play automatically within the body of an email when the recipient opens their email. The recipient must click on a link which will launch their web browser to the url where the ecard will play in their web browser.

Yes, Vivid can supply you with a graphic that matches your ecard to add to your email message. Depending on how recipients have their email set up, the image will either appear in the body of the email or as an attachment the recipient must click on to open and view.

Can I have a holiday graphic open in my email that recipients can click on to open the ecard in their web browser?

Yes, your ecard can be programmed so that the recipient receives an email with a clickable graphic to the ecard. Alternatively, we can provide you with an .html email and embedded .gif that your company’s IT department can set up.

Can I add a personal voice message to my e-card?
A:
We can embed voice messages into your e-card that will play at specific points in your e-card [note: the same voice message[s] will play in the e-card for all recipients; voice messages cannot be changed for each individual recipient’s e-card]. Sound files must be good quality: .mp3, .aiff or .wav files.
