through to the final delivery of your cards, your questions are addressed, and

Artwork
Vivid provides personalized assistance in the design of your card message and
layouts, to ensure your presentation reflects your company's image. We will walk
you through all the creative options.
Your Order in Process
Once your order has been placed, Vivid's internal systems will track your order
through the various steps, keeping you informed along the way. The art
department will send you proofs of your card's artwork for your approval; the
shipping department will inform you of your ship date and send you tracking
numbers; the billing department will provide you with costs in a timely manner.
